1. Approve WPCA Meeting Minutes, 3/18/25
2. Discussion with Bond Counsel & consideration of Bond Resolution format/template.
   1. (Please note draft Bond Resolution is a single resolution, note also – reference to CY 2019 amendment, potential role of BOG and division of the entire amount to be bonded between the “Sewer Project(s)” & “Stormwater Project”)

5. Review of F&O proposals & consideration of authorizing Chairman to negotiate and approve a contract for as needed project support services with F&O in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

In preparation for the planned vote by the Association relative to increasing the current bonded authorization…consider authorizing the Chairman to review with legal counsel, the potential fiscal & legal implications to OLSBA, of project documents, including, but not limited to, the “New London Agreement”, East Lyme Agreement & Cost Sharing Agreement for an amount not to exceed $4,000)
