Attached is the response letter generated by your BOG & WPCA to the correspondence we received from the State of Connecticut last month. It is our plan to maintain ongoing communications with them as well as with you, our residents. We have shown with this letter a number of things. They are, but are not limited to:
- A general outline of our plan of action moving forward toward an in-person vote / proxy vote on this project that is critical to our association.
- A commitment to generate ongoing informational meetings, mailings and question and answer sessions with our residents on the project.
- Keep DEEP updated on our progress and how we plan on dealing with any obstacles that arise in our path.
This is the first of our efforts to keep you all informed on the progress we are making and as always, we welcome your questions, suggestions and input. Feel free to reach out to any member of the WPCA or the BOG. With the elections held last night to fill the vacancies, both the WPCA and the BOG are operating at full strength.
