2022 MEETING SCHEDULE
REGULAR MEETINGS
A meeting of the WPCA will be convened when there is a quorum of four or more members in attendance.
A regular meeting schedule will be posted on the OLS website oldlymeshores.org by January 31st of each year. For 2022, quarterly meetings will be held in February, May, August and November on the third Thursday at 7:30pm. Meeting dates for 2022 are attached.
The agenda, location and/or instructions for electronic access to the meeting will be posted one week in advance but in no case less than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
All voting will take place during meetings. The results of votes taken at the meeting will be posted on the OLS website within forty-eight hours and recorded in the meeting minutes. The meeting minutes will be available for review on the website within seven business days.
SPECIALMEETINGS
The WPCA will make every attempt to provide one week’s notice of a Special Meeting, but in no case will a meeting notice and agenda be provided less than twenty four hours prior to the meeting. Voting results and minutes will be published in the same way as regular meetings.
RESIDENT INPUT
It is requested that correspondence be sent to the Secretary of the WPCA (Dede DeRosa dderosa518@gmail.com) at least twenty four hours in advance of a scheduled meeting. Resident correspondence will be reviewed and discussed at each meeting. In addition, there will be time set aside the end of each meeting to allow for resident comments. Residents are requested to limit their comment to two minutes to ensure that all residents’ comments can be expressed.
