Attached is the Joint Application Agreement between OLS and CWC for DPH State Revolving Funds. We are seeking grant funding to assist well owners to convert to the new CWC water mains. ( lateral connections, house service connections, and well abandonment).
Also attached is a listing of our 80 well owners and their current status with regard to CWC connection and well abandonment (thanks to Dede and Bryan).
The requested SRF is a 25% grant and 75% paid over 20 years granted to the OLSBA. Each homeowner that takes advantage of the grant will be responsible for their own payments.
We anticipate receiving the grant in the 1st quarter.
