- Alcohol, coolers, cans or glass containers are not allowed
- Ball playing on the beach only after 5:00 PM
- Refill sand holes at the end of the day
- No pets on the beach June 1st – September 30th
- Bonfires & fireworks are not allowed
- Respect “Swim Only” beach zones – no other activities there
- Powerboats are unloaded & moored off Sea Spray Road
- Canoes, kayaks, catamarans & sailboats may be stored at the end of Billow Road
- 15 MPH is the top speed limit on all OLS roads
- Please respect the stop signs
- Park on your property, please keep all 4 tires off roads
- Traffic barriers are designed to slow traffic and protect children and walkers; please use caution
- Golf carts are illegal on all association owned roads. At no time are golf carts permitted. Violators will be subject to any and all enforcement actions taken by the Board of Governors, including monetary fines.
- “Hammer Law” – no construction July 1st through Labor Day
- Be mindful of excessive noise, sound carries here at OLS
- Please only use refuse containers provided by the town
- Trailers, campers and tents are not allowed
- Dogs must be leashed at all times, please tidy up after pet
- No commercial signage on Association Property
- Fire pits must be manned by an adult at all times
- Alcohol, coolers, cans or glass containers are not allowed – we need to protect everyone who uses the beach from broken glass or shredded cans (backhoe).
- Ball playing on the beach only after 5:00 PM – balls and frisbees have hit and hurt others. Ball playing is safe only when the beach is cleared.
- Refill sand holes at the end of the day – no one wants a twisted ankle!
- No pets on the beach June 1st – September 30th – this is a state law.
- Bonfires & fireworks are not allowed – we love a clean and safe beach.
- Respect “Swim Only” beach zones – no other activities there – both children and adults need a safe place to swim inside the buoys.
- Powerboats are unloaded off Sea Spray Road – this keep motorboats in one area so all are safe.
- Catamarans & sailboats may be stored at the end of Billow Road
- Canoes, kayaks & inflatables may be stored along sea wall at the end of Sea Spray and Billow roads
- 15 MPH is the top speed limit on all OLS roads – share the road with all.
